Mail in Order Form
Download this page, print it out on your printer, fill it out and mail it. You may want to check our stock to be sure we have it. We can not accept checks from banks outside the United States. This is the quickest method. We do have the abilty to process your checks online with our credit card processor. But do you approve of submiting information such as Drivers License number, the state of your drivers license, Social Security number, date of birth and current address. And it still takes them one week to approve your check. It only takes two to three days for your order to get here and we can approve 90 percent of the checks the same day.
