We schedule monthly visits, since we have found that really helps homeowners build a home care habit. We are happy to update your plan to a schedule that works for you, if you prefer something different.
Every Fixer is a thoroughly vetted employee of our company. After a rigorous interview process, we run a background check before offering any Fixer a spot on our team. Once hired, each new Fixer is trained in customer service and skills competencies, and training continues for the entirety of each employee’s tenure at Fixer – there’s always something new to learn!
