Patrick fixed something that has not worked in 3 years. 1. A bedroom door needs fixing that won't shut. 2. A toilet dispenser is poorly attached to the bathroom wall. Remove the dispenser, patch the wall, paint (we have the paint). 3. A speaker in the living room is similarly poorly attached to the wall; patch & paint drywall here as well. 4. Patch a window screen.
