Nate proactively noticed that screws were loose in our door and offered to fix them — something we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. This required extra effort to get a special drill bit to perform the work, which I really appreciated!

• Need a hole patched in a door. It’s probably very slightly off-white color. The hole is about 2-3 inches. • If possible, have dents / scratches on another wall that probably could be spackled over.
