Add purchased new fixtures to existing loft track lighting. Replace two bathroom switches with purchased sensors. Replace toilet paper holder with purchased fixture that includes assist bar. Replace flexible corrugated piping in bathroom sink drain with rigid piping. Secure wobbly toilet. Swap assignment of two adjacent dimmer switches. Replace rubber supply hose to washer/dryer with braidless stainless steel hose and and dryer vent if needed (Fixer to purchase). Secure existing supply hose to refrigerator ice maker to strain relief clamp. Possible additions: Install purchased drain pan under washer-dryer combo. (probably only feasible if its a team of two. Identify label water/gas lines and valves in loft utilities closet Relocate humidifier control wiring to adjacent Nest thermostat. Assist in putting TV on previously installed mount. Assist in weatherizing windows

recaulking the kitchen sink, fix utility closet door as it is off the hinge, fire detector set up/replace/up to code, fix kitchen blinds, fix living room blinds, realign dishwasher, measure the unit by room (i.e. living room, bedrooms, dinning room, kitchen, bathrooms, ect.)

1. Change bathroom vanity light (we have the new light) 2. Change two ceiling recessed light bulbs (we are both very small/short and can't reach them even with a ladder) 3. Add a hard water filter to the shower (should also be easy for you - we have trouble again because we're super short and don't have a lot of upper body strength and the shower requires a little bit of strength when twisting it off) 4. Help us use weatherseal tape on one window that tends to let cold air in during the middle of winter (we have the tape)

1. A bedroom door needs fixing that won't shut. 2. A toilet dispenser is poorly attached to the bathroom wall. Remove the dispenser, patch the wall, paint (we have the paint). 3. A speaker in the living room is similarly poorly attached to the wall; patch & paint drywall here as well. 4. Patch a window screen.
