We need help with three things. 1. Wire control for our tv that was mounted by fixer- I would like it going through the wall and do not have hardware for that, but I can order it. 2. Upstairs metal bannister has popped out and needs to be secured. 3. Two sets of toilet paper holders need to be installed in bathrooms (I have purchased those).

Plumbing stuff: Reseal the toilet base, *maybe* replace the toilet seat (if needed - it might just need tightening), reset the stopper for the bathroom sink, tighten the kitchen faucet, which currently droops.
