1. A bedroom door needs fixing that won't shut. 2. A toilet dispenser is poorly attached to the bathroom wall. Remove the dispenser, patch the wall, paint (we have the paint). 3. A speaker in the living room is similarly poorly attached to the wall; patch & paint drywall here as well. 4. Patch a window screen.

I need a new sink/vanity installed in the bathroom and to have the old one removed. The shut off valves under the sink are very rusted so will probably need to be replaced as well. I was also hoping someone could check my dryer vent to make sure it’s not blocked and install a new fire/carbon monoxide detector.
