Electrical: Install new living room light fixture (provided by owner). Window ledges: Remove damaged silicone, provide and apply new silicone in living room and bedroom. Closet door: Re-install door into anchor pin hole and apply lubricant to door tracks. Skim coating: skim coat damaged area in bathroom ceiling and corner of bedroom closet.
