Payment made simpler
We've made a change to the Payment section of the Customer's Bill that we hope will save time for Fixers. This change does NOT affect what customers see - just what Fixers & Dispatch see.
Previously, if the customer did not have a card on file, we asked you to enter in the payment method and dollar amount. Going forward, all you need to do is press the button corresponding with how the customer would like to pay. As before, if you collect cash or a check, please drop it off with Dispatch as soon as you are able to.
Dispatchers will be able to see which payment option the customer has selected on the Invoice (aka Bill) screen like so:
