• Need to fix the front door bell - it doesn't work now • Need to check the light switch in the laundry room - it needs to switch multiple times to turn off, and also check other light switches to see if any needs to fix • Fix the garbage disposal - it was recently replaced by a handyman I hired and it failed soon, I asked that handyman to fix it since he installed it. But now it fails again. • Check current smoke and CO monitors and see if they need to be replaced or add new ones based on standard local building rules • Check if the water heater vented properly and discharge pipe on water heater height is correct.
