How much does it cost to complete my project?
We try to be as clear as possible with costs. For our Book Now option, you can see the price when booking. If your project is more complicated, we can usually give you an Estimate with a photo and description. For complex projects, we may need to ask additional questions or have a Fixer visit your home.
Our Fixers are qualified and insured professionals. We focus on quality, dependability, and fair pricing rather than cheaper, less reliable alternatives.
What if parts are required?
If your project requires parts, we do our best to include the cost in the Estimate. There are also times when we provide labor-only quotes and any materials or parts would not be included. Your Estimate will clearly state this if this is the case.
There are situations where parts are unexpectedly needed. In these situations, we will communicate this as soon as it is known and charge market cost.
Is there a warranty?
Of course! Didn't you read the Terms and Conditions? Just kidding, who wants to do that! Here are the full terms of our warranty
Unless otherwise stated on your Estimate, Fixer guarantees that the labor performed on your home project will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the work is completed. If a defect in our workmanship arises within this period, Fixer will, at its discretion, repair or re-perform the work at no additional cost to you. What This Warranty Covers: 1)Labor and workmanship provided by Fixer and its affiliated professionals. 2)Work performed in accordance with industry standards and the agreed project scope. What This Warranty Does Not Cover: 1)Material or product defects, assuming they are properly installed. 2)Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external forces (e.g., water leaks, settling, accidents). 3)Work that has been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Fixer. 4)Projects where the underlying cause of the issue was not addressed (e.g., repeating leaks, structural issues). How to Make a Warranty Claim: To request warranty service, please contact Fixer at [support@fixer.com] within the warranty period and describe the issue. We may request photos or an inspection before scheduling service. This warranty is limited to the repair or re-performance of the original work and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
