Update on Fixer’s Covid-19 Policy

Fixer continues to be vigilant and operate under caution when it comes to COVID-19. Please see below for more information on our updated COVID-19 safety protocols.

In preparation for your Fixer visit:

  • If you or anyone in your home have any symptoms of illness please let us know and we will be happy to reschedule you. There is no cost to cancel or reschedule.
  • Masks are no longer required during an in-home Fixer visit. If either the customer or the Fixer has a preference for wearing masks, gloves, and shoe covers, accommodations can easily be arranged. Please let us know of any cautionary preferences before we enter your home.

The billing and tipping processes for Fixer.com have always been contactless — credit card information is entered through your Fixer.com account and payment is collected upon completion of the job via text message. There is no need to give any payment information directly to your Fixer.
