How much is it and what are the benefits?
Our memberships are $395 per month. This includes up to 4 hours each month from a Fixer. The benefits are: priority booking, consistency in your Fixer, and a personalized plan based on your home and your fixtures. Typically we set up a time each month to have a consistent schedule but we can always adjust if necessary. We have a full list of projects below that our Fixers have completed in the past.
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Payments are collected each month automatically via credit card.
What if I don't have a project one month?
You can rollover your hours or your amount paid to put towards a future project if you need to cancel for a month. For most people, the amount of projects that pile up, four hours is perfect to keep up with the list. If you are out of town or all caught up, no problem let us know and we can rebook.
If a bigger projects exceeds four hours, you will just owe for the additional hours. The Fixer will let you know prior to starting the work if it exceeds the hours purchased.
Will it be a new Fixer for each month?
Based on your location and type of home we will assign a primary Fixer. This will be a general handyperson who will be able to complete most tasks. This Fixer will get to know you and your home and will be your main service provider most months.
You are able to request specialized Fixers (a Plumber, Electrician or HVAC tech up to two times per year). These specialized Fixers can come and complete small repairs and perform annual maintenence on home fixtures. Any major repair or replacement of fixtures are not covered by your membership.
